The Company focus was to provide loans exclusively for Senior Citizens via the Reverse Mortgage program.  The Company was the first in the United States to open with the sole mission of providing Reverse Mortgages.  This specialization has set them apart from other Companies so that they can tell customers   "We deal exclusively with seniors so we understand their needs and financial goals".
